Brief background on scope of service and customers Ana has 25 years’ experience of working with organizations on change and organizational & talent development projects. She is based in Portugal, working internationally and across a wide range of sectors: IT, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Manufacturing, Consultancy, Telecommunications, Retail, the Portuguese Government (Central Administration), Culture and Education.

Ana is also a certified coach – is Senior Practitioner Coach, accredited by the EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Council, with more than 4000 hours of executive coaching experience. In her individual coaching practice she has specialised in working with individuals in transition periods, either in the context of promotion to a more senior role, working within a new company, or through periods of major change, such as international assignments, restructuring, seeking to change career paths, and maternity.
